The Challenge

A fast-growing D2C brand was processing orders manually — copying data between their Shopify store, warehouse system, and accounting software. As order volume grew, errors increased and fulfillment times slowed.

We built an end-to-end automation system using n8n workflows connected to their existing tools. Orders flow automatically from Shopify to their warehouse management system, trigger shipping label generation, update inventory, and sync with QuickBooks.
